The last few weeks of pregnancy are definitely the hardest! Your body just doesn’t function the way you want it to and your mind is all over the place. Those weeks can seem like an eternity but in reality they fly by SO fast. Autumn & Allen will be holding their sweet baby girl in their arms before they know it!
