A Rivercrest Farm Wedding

Weddings

The drive to Rivercrest Farm may have been one of my favorites. Ohio may not come equipped with mountain views, but the rolling hills in Dover, situated about two hours northeast of Columbus, just might be a close second! Cassie and Tyler originally planned their wedding for the summer. Due to the pandemic, they decided to push it back into early fall. And while Cassie may have envisioned the dusty blue decor paired up with the summer sun she sure did luck out with the perfect fall wedding. In fact, she decided last minute to add little white pumpkins to the tables. Those pumpkins subsequently became a guest favorite!

Getting married at Rivercrest Farm

Upon entering Rivercrest Farm your eyes immediately go to the staircase. As you follow the greenery strategically placed atop the wooden banister – your attention is drawn to the stunning wooden beams sprawling across the vaulted farmhouse ceiling. And as if the outdoor views combined with the beauty of the entryway wasn’t enough to seal the deal on every bride’s “venue must-haves” list – the reception room was straight out of a magazine! In addition, the florals, curated by Cindy’s Whim, really tied romanticism in with the rustic vibes.

Cassie and Tyler said their vows on a hilltop surrounded by family, friends, and a few bashful horses. Emma from Emma Miller Art painted their ceremony in real time! Not a single detail was missed on their wedding day thanks to the vendors they so carefully chose, and the best family and friends anyone could hope for! Their DJ (Tim from Party Pleasers) even came equipped with a giant confetti cannon. Finally, with full bellies and hearts, Cassie and Tyler twirled around the dance floor in complete newlywed bliss as confetti rained down on them.
